OEA is happy to share Worth Work podcast, a new podcast crafted with courage, humor, and freestyle rap by two inspiring OEA members. Come along the journey with Desmond and Jesse as they talk to educators and reflect on what it means to lean into racial equity work, how the work spans from internal to interpersonal, to community and beyond. Listen as they weave expressive art forms into their episodes to find joy and healing. This podcast project was inspired and supported by several dynamic OEA programs that Desmond and Jesse participated in, including Equity Sparks, Educator Empowerment Academy, and Educator Empowerment Grants.
