In season three of the OEA podcast, members discuss Safe, Welcoming, and Inclusive Schools. This topic has been a prominent one on educators’ minds both before and since the publication of OEA’s Crisis of Disrupted Learning Report. The pandemic has additionally increased interest in this topic. We continue with member-to- member conversations with the occasional community partner guest. Some of the topics of discussion include behavior interventions, navigating difficult conversations, trauma informed education, and special education. Episodes are 15-20 minutes in length so you can listen in as you sip your morning coffee or cook dinner.
