Coaching for Empowerment Academy
We take nominations each
spring from OEA members and leaders to participate in our annual
Coaching for Empowerment Academy, a year-long learning community that focuses
on helping members grow as coaches in OEA’s Empowerment Process.
Twenty OEA members
from around the state will be chosen to participate in this
exciting opportunity from August 2023 - May 2024. If you would like more
information about this opportunity, please let us know via this form. If you or someone you know
would be interested, please nominate yourself or forward your colleague this flyer and application, due July 12th.
Educator Empowerment Academy
We are recruiting teams
of 3-5 people to participate in our fifth annual Educator Empowerment
Academy, a year-long learning community that empowers teams to solve a problem
of practice in their school, district, local, or UniServ with coaching and
support using OEA's Empowerment Process. Up to ten teams from around the state
will be chosen to participate in this exciting opportunity from October
2023- June 2024. Please see this flyer for more information about the
