Thuynga Barr

Thuynga Barr is a Specialist with the Early Childhood Special Education Services of the Clackamas Education Service District. She holds an M.E from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a B.S from Arizona State University. In her free time, Thuynga enjoys camping, traveling, and hiking with her husband, children, sister, and friends. Her favorite place to go is the beach.
