Association for a return to the in-person New and Aspiring Educator Winter
Recharge Retreat. This retreat connects early career educators and aspiring
educators through networking, fun, and professional learning. This event is
intended for OEA members who are Aspiring Educators (students moving into the
profession) and educators in their first five years of the profession, whether
education is your first, second, or third career.
The retreat will be held in Newport, OR with time for getting to
know other members from across the state, learning about your state and local
union, and engaging in learning about professional practice like building a
safe, welcoming and inclusive school and promoting adult health and wellness.
There will also be time for participants to meet in affinity groups and job
alike groups.
Friday night double occupancy hotel stay at the beach and event meals will be covered by OEA. Register today-- space is limited! Sign up with people from your worksite or local association!
