This is a 3-week course that meets once a week and more deeply explores the concepts in the Practicing Mindfulness with Students webinar. You will learn ideas for how to bring mindfulness to your work with students even if you can only dedicate 5-10 minutes per day. These are practical ideas and lessons for busy educators. Weekly mindfulness topics include: breathing, affirmations, and art. PDUs available for participation.
