In this OEA member-facilitated webinar, you will see how Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Trauma Informed Practices (TIP) work together in a school setting. We will look at the SEL competencies and connect strategies using a trauma informed lens to guide your students toward developing healthy identities and relationships. You will be introduced to a framework for integrating these strategies, regardless of your role in education. Included are do's and don'ts as well as the why's in building a classroom/school-wide SEL/TIP community.
